Genuine Pest Control is hands down the best pest control service in Omaha. My parents had issues with stinging insects at their house that weren’t affected by any wasp sprays in the store. They came out, evaluated the situation and we found out we had bald faced hornets. It’s been a few weeks now and we are still wasp free. Great people and great prices. I called them to for groundhog removal and Danny came and conducted a thorough inspection, and provided recommendations based on my concerns and inspection findings AND my budget. Looking forward to working with this company to ensure I don’t have any unwanted guests on my property or home! Danny was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
I originally reached out to them regarding a woodchuck that had taken residence under my front porch. They were very fast with the available times especially after a holiday and we're able to come out the next day due my work schedule.

Upon inspection I met with Danny he was very paitent, friendly and explained to me the trapping process. Danny explained the signs of how the woodchuck might still be around and even offered other thing to put on our home to protect from wildlife in our area like racoons (such as dryer vent and panel roof covers). He arrived promptly around 230 and stayed till 315.
He was very respectable and understanding given that we couldn't trap same day and told us to contact them when we were ready to. Didn't try to push us into something that we couldn't do just yet. Even after he left and I had an additional question the swiftness in contacting me on his way home from the office was above and beyond. I went so far as to recommend this company to my realtor for other home owners. We will for sure be doing our future business with them.

Genuine wildlife control was incredibly respectful and competent. Very dedicated and straight to the point. We had 6 raccons living in our rafters and keeping my family up at night. GWC caught them all. The repairs are top notch. Couldn't be happier with the result. We can all sleep again and knowing that no new raccoon families can get back in us a giant sigh of relief. I had set up an appointment with Genuine Wildlife Control to drive to Fremont to inspect my house for a possible restoration. When booking with Allison she was very courteous and answered all my questions. I was notified ahead of time of the upcoming appointment and Danny (the inspector) even sent me text letting me know his arrival time.
Danny was great! He answered all of my questions, gave me more information so I could make an informed decision and even showed me pictures of the spaces he was referring to.
