I called them to remove a dead raccoon. Within a couple of hours, they came and did the removal. Additionally, since we had already placed the dead animal in a box, they only charged for the trip. I would highly recommend this as the place to call. I will use them in the future should I need to. Thank you for a job well done.

My experience with Genuine Pest Control has been wonderful. We had been trying to get several companies to come out and give us a bid to get rid of rodents and they either didn't follow up or didn't show up at all. I spoke with Allison and she set me up with the inspector (Danny) and the tech (Jordan) to come the same week. The arrived on time and were very nice and understood I felt the problem was urgent. They inspected the property and got right to work. Several companies I called did not do commercial property and they all recommended Servepro who doesn't do commercial property either nad they don't recommend anyone else. I feel like I am with the best company to take care of our issues.

Definitely recommend! Communication was stellar. Danny, Connor, etc were all on time as scheduled. They are informative, conscientious, and true to their word. We used them for sparrow prevention and for animal removal. They are the go-to place for pest control and prevention.

Extremely pleased with this company. I called them because of a snake in my basement and the tech arrived within an acceptable amount of time (within 2 hours). He was able to locate the snake and remove it. The tech also did a thorough examination of the exterior of my home to determine how the snake got in. I was also made aware of the services they provide to secure my home. Very pleased with the experience today!

Chris was awesome today. Chris came this morning and attempted to catch the raccoon. The racoon got away to the neighbor's yard and Chris then leaped over the fence to the neighbor's yard and then did catch the racoon. The preschooler's were amazed by him. Genuine Pest Control was definitely the right choice for this pest removal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as they were reasonably priced and were very timely in taking care of this matter.
