Danny was helpful in finding areas where the mice might be coming in. Hopefully, when the technicians come and fix the hole the mice won’t be coming in.

Woman that answered the phone today 11/12 was very rude, my mother mistakenly called pest control instead of animal control & lady was being very inconsiderate and had an attitude the entire phone call. This also happened last month when she called about lights due to a recommendation, seems like the recommendation wasn’t true at all considering the receptionist didn’t care that she reflects their business.
Not only are they lying in their response- lady Answered the phone already angry with an evil tone & never told my mother to call the humane society, the lady said call the county with a horrible tone. I’m also going to assume you heard her cuss under her breath at my mom while on the phone too. And your employee never tried giving my mother the number to the shelter, again, stop lying for your employees, take accountability and move on. An apology would’ve been fine, don’t lie about your employees being kind. If this is what you guys represent and are okay reflecting this business, I’m incredibly disappointed. we’ve been supporting this business for awhile and have gotten two rude responses from the same lady, that’s very inappropriate and disrespectful of you lying for your employee and trying to embarrass a customer. Shame on you.

In late summer, this company "bat-proofed" my home. All was quiet for about a month. In early November, the company quickly responded to my phone call and found that an exit sleeve had come loose, permitting bat re-entry. Sleeve was re-sealed, and all should be good now. Thank you, Genuine Pest, for your prompt response and guarantee.
