My experience with Genuine Pest Control has been wonderful. We had been trying to get several companies to come out and give us a bid to get rid of rodents and they either didn't follow up or didn't show up at all. I spoke with Allison and she set me up with the inspector (Danny) and the tech (Jordan) to come the same week. The arrived on time and were very nice and understood I felt the problem was urgent. We have had work done by David with Genuine Pest Control several times. Each time was for bat exclusion. The first few times were after we bought our house as we narrowed down their entry routes. The most recent time was after a roof replacement. David is quick, thorough and knowledgeable. They are very fairly priced and honor their warranty if they need to come out and do touch ups. Highly recommend this company for bat work.
